Hello guys, seriously....previously I was a fatty boom boom.
Here we go! Yes. Before and after 3 years.
I was like WT* when I saw the left photo. HAHAHA.
Even my boyfriend kena shocked as well. Don't worry, no more fatty boom boom.
Just can say that I have cut down 5 to 6 kg fat compared to last time.
I swear I didn't eat any weight loss pills and I didn't purposely cut down my weight.
First step is control your meals, I take less supper and no more sugar drinks, you know coca-cola can increase your weight =(
Even fast food, whole pepsi I just drink few sips.
Second, jogging is the best way to slim down. Jogging can make you happy as well. Exercise will release happy elements too..hehehe.
Follow the step 1 and 2, you will be slim lady someday =D
