Hello guys, seriously....previously I was a fatty boom boom.

Here we go! Yes. Before and after 3 years.

I was like WT* when I saw the left photo. HAHAHA.

Even my boyfriend kena shocked as well. Don't worry, no more fatty boom boom.

Just can say that I have cut down 5 to 6 kg fat compared to last time.

I swear I didn't eat any weight loss pills and I didn't purposely cut down my weight.

First step is control your meals, I take less supper and no more sugar drinks, you know coca-cola can increase your weight =(

Even fast food, whole pepsi I just drink few sips. 

Second, jogging is the best way to slim down. Jogging can make you happy as well. Exercise will release happy elements too..hehehe.

Follow the step 1 and 2, you will be slim lady someday =D

情人节快乐.

昨天情人节，我过得很开心也很有意思的一天，毕生难忘，真是情人节快乐 =D

情人节能够和自己情人过我已经很开心，呵呵.

昨天好像蛮多人上了怡保庆祝情人节，我也不例外.

昨天去了Sushi Zento享用我们的晚餐，想不到怎么那么多人，那么大间店也得等上一个小时.

差不多都是一对对情侣，或是爸爸妈妈加自己的小情人.

只好在外面等位子了.

一小时后，终于到我们了，第一次9点多才吃晚餐，吃餐饭都那么辛苦，明年自己煮好了 -.-

一月二十四日，染发记.

新年快乐，身边的朋友全部都染染染，搞到我也不自在了.

所以自己来好了，第三次自己买染发剂染头发了.

今天本来打算买Liese泡泡染发剂，因为我贪它很方便，洗一洗就有颜色了，不过我看到Schwarzkopf 在特价，Rm27而已哦，替钱包想了一想，还是买划算的好了，不过这个不是泡泡的，染出来觉得还不错，挺上色的.

试了这个颜色，可惜的是出来的颜色不是Champagne Pink. 像brown多点.

眼下那叉叉只是Pattern而已，哈哈! 刘海也是自己剪的，还是自己剪比较剪到自己喜欢的.

个人觉得Schwarzkopf 不错下，所以推荐一下给大家.
而且靠近新年了，自己染又省钱省时间，不用在外面给人染等太久.

快乐星期五，和她看戏吃午餐去.

当个学生真好，有张读书证就可以什么都便宜些。

今天看戏又是七块钱啦，又省钱一些些了 =D

今天看救火英雄，挺不错看，谢霆锋真的好帅！！

怎么男明星们都保养到那么好，反而越老越帅.

像是张家辉，古天乐，刘德华，他们也是好帅，如果我老公以后还可以那么帅就好了，真养眼啊，哈哈哈哈 n_n

值得一提的是，今天真的笑死我了，可能还是学校假期的关系吧，所以没什么人看戏，只有我们两个还有一对情侣.

然后，我们很早就进场了，里面好暗好暗，看不到对方，她还好可爱问我坐下来没有，哈哈哈，刚巧又在播放‘超度’这鬼戏的预告片，吓到半死，文馨妹妹就吓到躲去我肩膀，哈哈哈，一直给我笑，幸好她没有吓到popcorn都掉去地上，不然真的笑死我不是吓死我，还问我我们是不是进错戏院房了，哈哈哈.

嗯，看完戏就回她家去，换了电话当然少不了拍拍拍!

我们一共拍了30张多照片，不同款式，应有尽有，但放9张就好了，哈哈哈!
